I had read a few reviews that the reviewers weren't fans of the taste. I find it quite pleasant. Not a strong Vanilla flavor and actually not a strong flavor in all. I've been taking it for a couple weeks now, mostly before bed and have noticed my sleep has improved. It has helped with my arthritis pain also. I would wake up in the night in pain and now that hasn't happened near as much. Great Product!
